Add us to your address book

Don’t miss out on the latest news from Equifax

As a subscriber of Equifax emails you should add us to your email address book – this will ensure you continue to receive communications from us.

Modern email programs use filters to block unsolicited emails – but this can also lead to them blocking legitimate emails by mistake. You can avoid this by adding our email address (equifaxuk@equifax-mail.com) to your address book. This acts as a ‘white-list’ and tells the filter software that you wish to accept emails from us.

Here are instructions for some email clients. If yours isn’t listed, try looking at your program’s help browser for assistance.

  • Open your Equifax email
  • Right-click on the sender’s email address in the From field
  • Select ‘Add to Contacts’ from the menu

  • Select the ‘Save Address’ button above the message header
