Add us to your address book

As a subscriber of Equifax emails you should add us to your email address book to ensure you continue to receive communications from us.

Most email clients use filters to block unsolicited emails – but this can also lead to them blocking legitimate messages by mistake. You can avoid this by adding our email address to your address book or contacts. This acts as a 'white-list' and tells the filter software that you wish to accept emails from us.

Below are instructions for some popular email clients. If yours isn't listed, try looking in its help section for assistance.

Outlook and Outlook Express:

1. Open your Equifax email
2. Right-click on the sender's email address in the From field
3. Select Add to contacts from the menu

Windows Live Hotmail:

1. Open your Equifax email
2. Select Mark as safe located by the From name and address
3. Click Add contact

Yahoo! Mail:

1. Open your Equifax email:
2. Select Add Sender to contacts from the Actions menu then click Save

Gmail:

1. Open your Equifax email:
2. Select the arrow next to Reply on the top right
3. Click Add sender to contact list

AOL:

1. Open your Equifax email
2. Select Add address on the right-hand side of the screen
