WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

Financial Services expert joins in new role of UK Country Manager

London 20th July 2005 – Equifax, leading credit and business information solutions provider, has appointed Sandra Lawrence as its UK Country Manager. Sandra brings extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Risk Management and Strategic Relationship Management to this newly created role, which will bring together all of the company’s businesses under her leadership. She will report directly to Michael Shannon, European Managing Director.

Originally from New Zealand, Sandra has spent the last 16 years in the UK working with GE Capital and First Data Corp. At GE Capital she held a variety of senior management roles including Commercial Risk Manager, Head of Business Development and Vice President, European Corporate Payment Products. At First Data, Sandra was most recently Senior Vice President for UK and Ireland for the Card Processing, Merchant Acquiring and Software Sales business. She began her career in New Zealand with National Australia Bank.

“Sandra has assumed leadership for all Equifax’s Consumer and Business Information and Marketing Services, as well as the Government and ID Solutions businesses”, reported Michael Shannon. “The wealth of experience across a number of different business areas that she brings to our organisation will help Equifax extend its reach, both in existing and new markets and further develop our customer relationships.”
