Responsible debt collection post Coronavirus and beyond
In this online panel session we address the subject of fair, responsible debt collection, with a particular lens on vulnerability.
Our panel is made up of experts from across the industry, each invited to give their unique perspective and insight into the challenges they face (or see others face) with regards to collecting debt from the vulnerable. We look at what we can - individually and collectively as an industry - do differently, the role of the regulator vs our own responsibilities for treating customers fairly, the part of data and fulfillment, and the opportunities and pitfalls that lie ahead.
