How to sign up

Once you’ve registered for Equifax Family & Friends you’ll be able to start inviting additional users straight away. Please note, if you’d like to invite a current paid Equifax user, they’ll need to wait until their subscription has been cancelled before being added.

Please note, if you wish to invite someone who currently has a paid Equifax subscription, they will need to cancel their existing subscription and wait for it to end before they can join your Family & Friends plan.

Any UK-based adult over the age of 18 who currently does not have an active paid Equifax subscription.

No, your credit report and score data will only be visible to you.

The additional user will receive an invite via email. There will be a link in the email which will take them to the signup page. The email address entered in the invite must be used by the additional user when they sign up.

The existing customer will need to cancel their current paid subscription and you will only be able to add them once the cancellation has been finalised. The existing consumer will have the final date of their subscription when initiating a cancel request.

You can add up to three eligible adults to your Family & Friends plan. Every member will enjoy full access to our rating and protection services. Only the member being billed will receive the tastecard.

To update or change the details of users on your Equifax Family & Friends plan, simply log into your myEquifax account. Once logged in, you’ll be able to manage all the details of everyone under your plan.
