Our journey from Bronze to Silver is the result of dedicated, company-wide efforts to enhance our policies and measurement performance. We are particularly proud of the following improvements:

• Overall performance jump: We improved our overall rating by 11% on our 2024 score.

• Sustainable procurement: The most significant improvement came from our strategic supply chain project, which included the launch of our Third-Party ESG Framework and Code of Conduct in 2025. This work ensures our procurement practices are aligned with the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility.

• Environment: This substantial progress reflects enhanced reporting and transparency on our environmental impact, demonstrating a clearer roadmap for future sustainability goals.

• Advanced ethics management: The assessors specifically commended our management systems on ethics issues, noting the enhanced policies and greater measurable performance in this critical area.
