Equifax’s Breach Services helps you to reduce business risk by protecting your employees and customers from fraud. We fulfil your notification needs by mailing or emailing your customers. We also provide additional services such as printing and postage options.

How It’s Used

Dark Web Monitoring
WebDetect provides 24/7 monitoring of websites on the dark web that trade in personal information and provides an alert when the requested personally identifiable information is detected, meaning you can act quickly when potential fraud is detected.
Social Scan
This tool searches around 100 social media sites to find personal information that is publicly available and provides risk level reports of none, low, medium, and high. Tips on how to protect a social media profile are provided to help prevent fraud.¹
Credit Monitoring & Alerts
Individuals will have access to automatic daily credit monitoring and receive alerts to notify of any credit report changes that could be associated with identity theft. If no suspicious activity is detected, ‘no news is good news’ alerts are provided.
Activity Log
Access an activity log that features new alerts, no significant changes, login notifications, reset password and change in mobile details.

Equifax Credit Report & Score
Individuals will have unlimited access to Equifax Credit Reports with information on activity impacting their Equifax Credit Score. A report will be provided on the factors affecting the score and tips and guidance on financial well-being.
Fraud Assistance
We provide a dedicated customer support team for individuals notified of identity theft and dark web monitoring alerts. Our team assists with identifying fraudulent credit account activity and provides advice on future protection and prevention.
