With nearly two decades of experience in driving consistent growth in the financial services sector, Ryan has recently led the company to five consecutive quarters of double-digit growth through innovation and fostering a high performance culture. Ryan has played a key role in driving customer engagement and growth during the recent Cloud transformation in the UK. He's been instrumental in helping Equifax on its journey to become the first fully Cloud Native Bureau. During his 19 year tenure, Ryan has worked with clients across all sectors; including credit risk, fraud, financial crime and public sector, to help deliver their data needs and enable their customers to live their financial best. Ryan’s extensive market knowledge enables him, and his team, to bring together a detailed understanding of risk management, KYC, affordability, creditworthiness, fraud and identity, digital marketing and business transformation to help shape innovative commercial propositions for clients. As a former professional rugby player, Ryan is passionate about building inclusive, collaborative and successful teams.
