Sue joined Equifax in 2022 and is central to leading the UK&I businesses Environmental and Social Governance strategy, driving positive social change and effecting more sustainable business practices. With a background in marketing, partnerships, and corporate responsibility, she holds a degree in Business Management and Media from the University of Wales and is a Chartered Marketeer. Sue has a range of experience in careers and financial inclusion programming, working with partner organisations to help individuals enhance their employability and gain financial literacy skills, and leading employee engagement programmes with a passion for wellbeing and inclusion. She is also a #YesSheCan ambassador to encourage more young women to break into traditionally male-dominated industries. Sue has previously been a trustee for a young person’s mental health charity and has more than a decade of professional skill volunteering experience including Enterprise Adviser to the Careers and Enterprise Company, personal mentoring with several educational charities and pro-bono marketing consultation to a range of charities and CIC’s.
