Product Overview

After verifying your customers' identity, further checks are crucial to prevent fraudulent activity and further impersonation opportunities.  

Our knowledge-based questions link to personally identifiable information (PII) sources such as mortgages, loans, credit cards, phone numbers, addresses, and shopping habits. A highly configurable service that can ask up to six questions; for simpler cases, it lowers the bar to boost recall, but for critical situations, it raises the standards.
